The Latest project to assume an alias is The Scalpal, a 30,000m2 office loctaed in Lime Street next to the Lloyds building in central london. SMD are undertaking the project for William Hare steelwork contractor with work starting in October this year and programmed to take 42 week programme.

Another key project for SMD, this office for Italian insurance giant comprises of 40,000m2 of R51 decking. Located in the city of London next to the Walkie Talkie this project and working for William Hare this project
Starts this November and is scheduled to be complete by August 2017.
First Street, Manchester
Just to prove its not just London that is attracting some large developements, Manchesters First street project for Elland steel continues the trend of key proejcts along the M62 corridoor. This 20,000m2 project starts on site soon and is expected to be completed by October 2016.
